1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use this website.

2. Definitions

“We”, “us”, “our” refers to Dongguan Jike Electronic Technology Co., Ltd.. “You” refers to the individual or business accessing our site, placing inquiries or orders for our power supply products. “Products” means all DC power supplies and related accessories listed on our website.

3. Orders & Quotations

All quotations are valid for 15 calendar days from the date issued. Quotations are not binding contracts until we receive your formal written purchase order and we confirm order acceptance in writing. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to raw material cost fluctuations, exchange rate changes or supply shortages.

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) applies to most of our models, as stated in each quotation.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms shall follow the agreement confirmed in the quotation. Unless otherwise agreed, we require deposit before production and full balance before shipment. All bank charges shall be borne by the buyer.

5. Production & Lead Time

Lead time is estimated and stated in your quotation. Delays may occur due to force majeure, material shortages or buyer‑side confirmation delay. We are not liable for losses caused by reasonable production delays.

6. Shipping, Customs & Duties

Unless otherwise written, the buyer is responsible for all freight, customs clearance fees, import duties and local taxes at the destination country. We will arrange shipment per agreed Incoterms. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once goods are handed over to the carrier.

7. Warranty

We provide limited warranty for our power supply products, as specified in the quotation or product datasheet. The warranty only covers manufacturing defects. The warranty does NOT cover damage from improper installation, overloading, misuse, modification, natural disaster or wear‑and‑tear. Repair or replacement is our sole obligation under warranty.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns are only accepted for products with confirmed manufacturing defects, and must be pre‑approved by us in writing. Unauthorized returns will be rejected. Non‑defective products cannot be returned or refunded. Return shipping cost will be agreed separately for each warranty case.

9. Intellectual Property

All logos, text, images, circuit designs and technical content on this website are the intellectual property of Dongguan Jike Electronic Technology Co., Ltd.. You may not copy, redistribute or use our materials without our written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, including lost profits, business interruption, arising out of your use of our products, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the related order.

11. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, pandemic, port closure, supply chain interruption and government restrictions.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of China. Any dispute shall be settled through friendly negotiation first; if negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction agreed by both parties.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with the revised date. Continued use of the website after updates means you accept the new terms.
