Shipping Policy
Last Updated: October 29, 2026
1. Introduction
Dongguan Jike Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website https://etommenspowersupply.com. This Shipping Policy sets out the terms and conditions governing the shipment and delivery of all power supply products, accessories and related goods ordered by our customers, primarily B2B business buyers. By confirming your purchase order and accepting our quotation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to all provisions within this Shipping Policy, together with our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy. If you do not accept any part of this policy, please do not place an order with us.
2. Shipment Origin & Warehouse Information
Unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement, all products are prepared, inspected and dispatched from our warehouse located in Dongguan, Guangdong, China. Our registered office address is Room 401, No. 40, Yuanxin Road, Dalingshan Town, Dongguan, Guangdong. We do not maintain permanent overseas inventory or local warehouses in other countries by default. Stock availability at overseas locations, if arranged for special large projects, will be confirmed separately in writing before order confirmation. All packing, quality inspection and loading work are completed at our domestic facility before handover to freight forwarders.
3. Available Shipping Methods
We support multiple shipping solutions to match different order sizes, budgets, lead-time requirements and destination countries. The final shipping method will be mutually confirmed before production starts.
- International Express (DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT): Recommended for small batch orders, engineering samples, spare parts and urgent replacement orders. It offers door-to-door delivery with tracking updates and relatively fast transit time.
- Air Freight: Suitable for medium-volume bulk orders. Service options include airport-to-airport or door-to-door delivery, depending on your quotation terms. Air freight balances speed and cost for orders that cannot wait for sea shipping.
- Sea Freight: Used for large-volume container orders. We can arrange port-to-port or door-to-door service. Sea freight has the lowest unit cost but requires longer transit time and advance planning for production and customs clearance.
- Railway Freight: Mainly for customers located in European countries. Railway freight is a stable alternative between air and sea, with predictable schedules and competitive pricing for bulk cargo.
- Customer’s Own Forwarder (EXW): You may appoint your preferred freight forwarder to pick up goods directly from our warehouse. We will prepare all shipment documents and coordinate loading upon your forwarder’s arrival.
We reserve the right to suggest a more suitable shipping method if your selected carrier cannot support the product weight, size, battery attributes or destination import requirements.
4. Production Lead Time and Shipment Processing Time
Two time periods should be clearly distinguished: production lead time and shipping transit time. Production lead time means the working days required for material preparation, PCB assembly, power supply testing, aging test, product inspection, labeling and packing after we receive your deposit or formal order confirmation. Standard production lead time ranges from 3 to 15 working days. Customized power supplies with special voltage, current, housing, certification or logo requirements will require longer lead time, which we will notify you in the quotation and order confirmation sheet.
Processing time after goods are ready includes cargo handover, document preparation, booking space with carriers and customs declaration. This usually takes 1–3 working days. Transit time is the time the goods spend in transit after leaving our warehouse. Transit time is only an estimated reference value and cannot be guaranteed as a hard deadline. Public holidays, carrier backlogs and customs inspection will extend transit time.
5. Shipping Cost & Incoterms
Unit prices listed on our website or quotation sheets do NOT include freight, insurance, import duties, local taxes or destination handling fees unless we clearly mark the quotation as DDP, DAP or another delivered term. Freight cost is calculated based on gross weight, volume, destination country, shipping mode and current market freight rate. We will provide you with an independent freight quotation before shipment.
Under EXW and FOB terms, the buyer takes full responsibility for sea/air freight, export forwarding charges, destination customs clearance, import duties, VAT, local administrative fees and delivery charges at destination. If you authorize us to arrange shipping on your behalf, we will pass the forwarder’s official freight cost to you without extra markup unless agreed otherwise. All freight surcharges such as fuel surcharge, remote area surcharge, peak season surcharge and overweight surcharge are borne by the buyer.
6. Customs Clearance, Duties and Import Compliance
It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to verify the import regulations, certification requirements, product standards, tariff codes and import restrictions of their own country before placing an order. Our power supply products may require CE, FCC, UL or other local certifications depending on your market. We will provide standard shipping documents including commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or airway bill, and relevant certification copies as agreed. We cannot guarantee that local customs will approve entry of the goods.
Any import duties, consumption taxes, VAT, customs inspection fees, storage fees and fines imposed by the destination customs authority shall be paid by the buyer. We are not liable for cargo detention, seizure, return or destruction caused by missing certificates, incorrect HS code declaration, restricted import policies, incomplete buyer information or refusal of clearance by local authorities. If goods are returned due to buyer-side customs issues, all return freight and related losses will be the buyer’s responsibility.
7. Risk of Loss, Damage and Cargo Insurance
The risk of loss, theft or physical damage to the products transfers from Dongguan Jike Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. to the buyer at the moment the goods are handed over to the carrier and a signed receipt or cargo tracking document is issued. We will take photos before shipment to record packing condition. We use standard export cartons, foam padding and anti-static packaging suitable for electronic power supplies.
Cargo insurance is not included automatically unless you request it and pay the insurance premium separately. We recommend purchasing cargo insurance for high-value orders. If damage is caused by our improper packing before shipment, we will negotiate replacement, repair or partial refund. If damage occurs during transit due to rough handling, collision or carrier negligence, the buyer must file a claim directly with the freight forwarder or insurance company immediately upon receiving the shipment and provide photos and inspection evidence.
8. Delivery Delays and Force Majeure
We will make reasonable commercial efforts to follow the agreed shipment schedule. However, shipment delays may occur due to factors beyond our reasonable control. These factors include but are not limited to: port congestion, flight cancellation, carrier schedule adjustment, customs random inspection, severe weather, natural disaster, pandemic control, strike, war, trade policy change, shortage of shipping space and equipment failure of logistics providers. Once we receive notice of delay, we will inform you by email as soon as possible.
We will not be liable for any indirect loss, production loss, profit loss or penalty caused by shipment delay unless we sign a separate written guaranteed delivery agreement with liquidated damages clauses. We will keep you updated actively and help you track the cargo status during the delay period.
9. Shipping Address Modification and Order Change
Please carefully confirm your shipping address, contact person and contact information when confirming the order. Once the cargo has been handed over to the carrier, address modification cannot be guaranteed. If the carrier supports rerouting, all rerouting fees, correction fees and detention charges will be charged to the buyer. If you need to update shipping information before shipment, please send your request to our official email: jk.tech688@gmail.com immediately. We will try our best to adjust if the cargo is still in our warehouse.
10. Tracking Information
After the shipment is booked and confirmed, we will send you the tracking number, airway bill or bill of lading number together with the carrier’s official tracking link. For sea freight, full tracking may only be available after the vessel departs. We will share cargo status updates when we receive notice from the forwarder. Please check the tracking information regularly. If you notice abnormal status such as long-time no update, please contact us promptly so we can coordinate with the forwarder for investigation.
11. Refusal of Shipment
Unreasonable refusal of goods after arrival at destination will result in heavy return freight, customs storage fees and abandonment charges. All such costs and losses will be claimed from the buyer. If you have concerns about the cargo, please contact us before refusing delivery. We will communicate and find a proper solution together.
12. Contact Information
If you have any questions about this Shipping Policy, freight quotation, shipping schedule, tracking inquiry, document requirement or logistics dispute, please contact us through email: jk.tech688@gmail.com. Our working hours are Monday to Friday, and we will reply to your shipping-related inquiries as soon as possible.
